High Level Throwing: Band Wall Walks

The second in the ONE Softball throwing drill series. This exercise is used as a pre-throwing exercise, post-throwing recovery exercise or as a warm-up in your training program. It helps strengthen the rotator cuff muscles and makes sure the shoulder blade (scapula) and humerus (upper arm bone) work efficiently during the overhead movement.
