High Level Throwing: Double Kneeling Arm Behind

Posted by austin-wasserman | 29 December 2017 | Experts & Champions,Technical

ONE Softball wants to share knowledge and drills from experts in softball. The double kneeling arm behind drill is a great throwing exercise to help athletes feel how the arm is supposed to move through the throwing zone. It helps with arm pathway and arm shape by focusing on the shoulder blade initiating the arm back into load. An awesome starting drill for any athlete!
