The ways in which we Think, Speak and Act have a significant impact on our daily activities, our successes and our relationships with others. Working to control our self-talk (Think), the words we use with others (Speak) and how we Act in various settings are all important pieces of our daily lives that deserve active consideration. Use the TSA series of worksheets with yourself or your team to identify the things that you value, those that you’ll work on and those that others see in you.

Use the TSA Series: ACT Worksheet in combination with the Competitive Character Glossary to remind yourself of the many ways you demonstrate the skills that help you to build your own confidence as well as improve relationships with those around you.

Each of us put competitive character skills into action at home, at work, on the field, at school and many places in between. Look at the skills use that have to do with your various relationships–with yourself, teammates, colleagues, classmates and others–and think about the value they add to your world. Writing down the specifics, and having your team or family do the same, can bring instant awareness and an increased impact.

Download the worksheet below and do the exercise with your family or team.
